At Avar Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality custom wooden signs that are designed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read the following policy carefully:
Returns and Refunds for Custom Items: We understand that each custom wooden sign is unique and tailored to your preferences. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom items unless the order is incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or if there is a quality issue. If any of these situations apply, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an order that is incorrect (e.g., wrong design, size, or text), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the situation by either sending you a corrected replacement or issuing a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your custom wooden sign arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will then assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
Quality Issues: We take great care to ensure that our products meet high standards of quality. If you believe there is a quality issue with your custom wooden sign, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We may request photos of the issue to better understand the problem. If the issue is deemed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Cancelations and Changes: As custom items are made specifically for each customer, cancelations or changes to orders can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes or cancelations due to the production process that begins shortly after order placement.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund: To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at info@avardesigns.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable. We will guide you through the next steps to resolve the matter.
Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items: All digital downloadable files, Apart from the situations mentioned above (incorrect orders, damaged items, quality issues), custom wooden signs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
